We’re here to change that—not with jargon or standard-issue toolkits, but with soul, story, and a whole lot of engine-revving.

Playful — Because joy is serious business.

We believe play is not the opposite of work—it’s the soul of creativity, connection, and breakthrough thinking. 
Research in neuroscience shows that play stimulates the brain’s prefrontal cortex, enhancing problem-solving, idea generation, and social bonding.

 

In fact, studies have shown that playful states activate the brain’s reward pathways, reducing anxiety and opening up space for innovation and psychological safety (Brown, 2009; Fredrickson, 2001).

We use metaphors, humour, storytelling, surprising prompts and unexpected formats to cut through the noise and open people up.

Our Team

At THAC, no two ticks of the clock sound the same  and that's by design.

We’ve been shaped by hands that grew up in different generations, who faced different cultural crossroads, who wrestled with different values, and who carried different worldviews shaped by wildly different lives. 


Some raised with old-school grit, others with digital fire. Some taught the patience of slow craft, others the urgency of instant action. 

​

Different upbringings. Different opinions. Different skills. 
All part of our mechanism. 

​

Because here’s the truth: age is no barrier, background is no blueprint, and your worth isn’t measured by what you studied in a textbook. 


Who you are,  the values you live by, the fire you carry matters more than when or where you started. 

In our world, the old ways and the new ways dance together.
